Ιnterior space


The study of the interior spaces ensures the necessary design background for the implementation of every detail, it is the architecture of the microclimate. It concerns both new constructions and existing buildings and the following cases are distinguished :
 
  • Arrangement or re-arrangement of the interior of a building
  • Conversion of the interior due to change of use
  • Exhibition Space Design
  • Study and implementation of Corporate Identity
  • Design of furniture and space equipment

Although there are several different design objects, the basic flow of the procedure followed remains constant: ensuring the background of the site to be studied, completion of the implementation study, budget of the project, approval of works by the competent bodies, supervision of implementation. Our goal is for the projects to contain imaginative solutions, innovative applications of materials and qualitative application of their details. During the development of the study there is constant cooperation with the user of the site as well as with suppliers of equipment and materials. The completion of the study is done on a case-by-case basis with the assistance of static, electrical, mechanical engineers, consultants of acoustic and phototechnical study. Our office has dealt with different scale interventions in existing buildings, either private or public, providing the following services :
 
  • Archival Research and Legality Check
  • Mapping of the Existing Situation for the creation of the necessary design backgrounds
  • Preparation of a Study up to the implementation stage
  • Market research and material selection
  • Ensuring the necessary Approvals and Permits according to the use of the building
  • Preparation of Budget and Technical Specifications
  • Supervision
