Apartment renovation
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building in the Metz area. It has a total area of 105m2 and has a northwest orientation. It is located in an ideal location with an impressive view of the acropolis rock. In order to ensure autonomy, both for heating and cooling, a heat pump with orifices for pumping and air dissipation was installed. The apartment was upgraded energetically with the new external thermal insulation frames and the thermal insulation of external walls and ceilings.
