The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in Voula. It has a total area of 50m2 with a small courtyard in the uncovered building. In order to ensure autonomy, both for heating and cooling, a heat pump was installed. The apartment was upgraded energetically with the new external thermal insulation frames and the thermal insulation of its external walls.
