Urban planning
Urban planning concerns interventions for upgrading, redevelopment or spatial restructuring of landscaped or unformed areas, urban or peri-urban. It specifies and implements the directions of the overlying design levels (Regulatory Plans, General Urban Plans and Plans of Spatial Residential Organization of the Open City). The institution of the IDP (Integrated Urban Intervention Plans), the institution of ZEA (Zones of Controlled Development) as well as other tools of urban regeneration have been included in the Greek urban planning legislation. Our office has a fully trained staff and working with experienced surveyors, surveyors, geologists, economists, archaeologists and lawyers, creating multidisciplinary teams, giving qualitative and effective answers to each project.
