The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Petersburg. The two earlier apartments on the first floor were roughly symmetrical to the central staircase. From their tannery emerged an apartment with a total area of 125 m2. Two distinct units were created, for the common and private spaces. In the first section is the living room unified with the dining room and organically connected to the kitchen. This section also includes a small office space. A corridor connects the living room with the three bedrooms of the apartment. He was chosen of an autonomous heating system with his units mounted on the roof. In the suspended ceilings covering the cooling and heating units, the lighting elements of the premises were incorporated. To address the heterogeneity of the existing floors and gaps from the removal of the original walls, vinyl flooring was placed above all surfaces. The wooden structures are extensive and concern all areas of the apartment (bookcases, offices, cabinets, beds).
