The plot of the holiday home is located in the area of Palaiopyrgos of Aegina at a short distance from the coastal road. It is almost rectangular without a particular inclination. The total area of the house is 160 m2. It is developed in form C in the northeastern area of the plot. The basic two-storey volume is housed with a two-storey roof and is placed on the N-S axis. The common areas are located on the first floor. The two roofs, in different locations of the house, offer unobstructed views of the sea and are used at different times of the day.
