The location of the residence is to the west of the city of Gargaliani. The plot is angular, has a slight inclination and excellent view to the sea. The house is placed on the east side and has two levels of a total area of 260 m2. On the ground floor are the common areas and on the first floor the bedrooms. Part of the residence, with independent access, operates as a hostel. On the north side, an independent two-storey building is constructed with an office function of 50 m2. Two entrances are formed, one that leads directly to the residence, from the south side, and a second to the west, which is the main one for the office but at the same time serves the residence. In the uncovered area of the southwest side of the plot, the semi-open and outdoor areas are formed.
