The detached house is located in Gargalianoi of Messinia on a corner plot with a strong inclination. The elongated two-storey volume of the house is arranged parallel to the slope of the plot in a north-south direction and has a four-pitched roof. To the east, at the back of the plot, a closed courtyard is formed through which the entrance to the second level's day-to-day areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) takes place. To the west the house opens to the view with large openings and semi-open spaces. The steep slope of the plot led to the organization of the house in three levels of a total area of 210 m2
