The study concerns a hotel unit that was located on a plot of 765 m2 in close proximity to the beach of Livadi, Serifos. It includes, in addition to the reception and dining areas, five two-room and four one-room apartments. It is developed in two levels with a total buildable area of 525 m2. The common areas are adjacent to the community road. The building volume is arranged on the north-south axis. Access to the apartments is from the west side, where the parking lot is located, while on the east side their courtyards are organized. The retreat in alternation of apartments from the level of engraving, the removal of volume from the second level and the wooden pergolas contribute to the better integration of the building in the settlement and strengthen the microclimate.
