The relocation of the factory took place gradually. All the facilities were completed in three stages in 2008. The object of the study was the addition of a building to an existing factory of the company Gizelis S.A. The added building of 2,600 m2 doubled the production unit and includes the company's office space. The addition acted as a unifying factor compared to the existing building not only in the production unit but mainly in the exterior facades of the building that were significantly reformed. The new side covering, at a short distance from the existing one, extends to the existing building and completes its rectangular volume. The linear roof of the west façade marks the entrances to the workplaces. The aim of the intervention is to promote both the building and the activity of the company it hosts. Apart from the solution of the building, the object of the study was also the configuration of the surrounding area (accesses, car paths, parking spaces, planting).
