The plot is located at the junction of Papandreou Square and Akrotiri Street in Patras. The above-ground part of the building is developed in four (with the ground floor) levels and has a total area of 2000 m2. The underground part of the building is also developed in four levels and has 85 parking spaces. On the ground floor there were shops, on the second and third floors there were office spaces and on the last open-air cinema. The unspecialtyed shape of the plot led to the design of a building consisting of two rectangular volumes. One is developed alongside the building line and the other with the boundary of the neighboring property. At the connection of the two volumes is the gate-passage to the inner uncovered space from where the two stairwells are accessed. The metal bearing structure is revealed point by point and supplemented with metal overhangs. In the elongated rectangular volume, linear openings are developed, while the corresponding ones in the smaller one are placed in the recesses of the semi-outdoor spaces.
