The building is located in the settlement tragana of Messinia. It is two-storey, divided into two independent houses of a total area of 130 m2. The plot is almost flat with an ideal view of the bay of Pylos. The architectural composition was based on a central cubic volume around which a zone was developed where secondary volumes were scaled. The main volume that emerges through its roof with a four-thrown tiled roof, contains the communal functions of the residences. In the perimeter zone are the private functions and accesses to the residences. Towards the south and east side, in the perimeter zone, the semi-open and outdoor areas of the residences were created, ensuring both the view and the appropriate orientation.
