Configuration of a residential garden in Melissia

The garden surrounds a two-storey detached house with a basement. The surface of the plot to be formed is about 650 m2. The dwelling is relatively introverted, and only to the northwest has a large opening to the garden. Large trees with their crown shade most of the garden. The configuration of the surrounding area concerns to a significant extent its functional connection with the residence. Graduated accesses and movements are organized throughout the space at the same time as the staging areas. The materials of the soil configuration and the geometry of the engravings are absolutely connected with the function and the spaces that are formed. Orthocanonic or curved engravings are related to hard or soft floors and define the areas of standing or movement. Important are the interventions of reshaping the external fencing. The existing parapet is completed point by point. In its intermediate parts, threads are placed. The two doors, pedestrians and vehicles, are reformed in their external form with the addition of perforated sheet metal that reproduces the design of the placement of the threads.
